Five jobs, done properly

Exterior Cleaning Services, every one of these is quoted as a fixed price for the work described, with what is included set out in writing before anyone turns up.

Pressure Cleaning

Driveways & patios

Block paving, concrete, tarmac and slabs taken back to the colour they were laid in.

  • Surface swept and edges cut back before any water goes down
  • Rotary flat-surface cleaning across the full area
  • Detail lance along kerbs, thresholds and awkward corners

Jet Washing

Paths, steps, walls, decking

The general clean — everything hard and horizontal that has gone green over winter.

  • Surface assessed and pressure set before starting
  • Pre-treatment on heavy algae so the water does less of the work
  • Full wash and rinse down, working with the fall of the ground

Patio Cleaning

Slabs, Indian sandstone, pointing

Patios need a gentler hand than a driveway, and the joints matter as much as the slab.

  • Slab type identified and pressure matched to it
  • Full clean across slabs and joints
  • Honest assessment of pointing condition, before we start

Roof Cleaning

Moss, lichen and black spot

Soft washed, never blasted. Pressure on a roof costs you tiles.

  • Safe access set up and the working area cordoned
  • Bulk moss removed by hand from tiles and valleys
  • Biocide soft wash applied across the pitch

Gutter Cleaning

Clearing, flushing, downpipes

Cleared from the ground with a vacuum pole, checked on camera, flushed through.

  • Full gutter run cleared with a ground-level vacuum system
  • Downpipes checked and rodded through if blocked
  • Camera check along the run, before and after

Not sure which one you need?

Most houses around here want two of these on the same visit — the drive and the patio, or the roof and the gutters. Send a couple of photos and we will tell you what is worth doing and what can wait.

How every job runs

Whichever service you book, the process is the same.

STEP 01
You get in touch

Call or send the form. Tell us roughly what you have and where you are. Photos from your phone help enormously and often mean we can price it without a visit.

STEP 02
We quote it properly

A fixed price for the work described, in writing, with what is included spelled out. No day rates that creep and no surprises when we turn up.

STEP 03
We set up

We bring our own water and power. Borders and planting get wetted down and covered, cars move, and we agree where the run-off is going before a machine starts.

STEP 04
We do the work

Method matched to the surface. You are welcome to watch, and you will be told straight away if we find something you should know about — a cracked slab, a failed joint, a loose bracket.

STEP 05
We finish and check it with you

Joints re-sanded, everything rinsed down and swept, kit away. We walk it with you before we leave rather than sending a text from the van.

Tell us what needs doing

Send a couple of photos from your phone and a rough size. Most jobs can be priced without anyone coming out, and you get a fixed figure back rather than a range.
